Jessica A Harvey
Jessica Harvey is a Principal Consultant and Business Development Lead at HiDef Aerial Surveying, specialising in marine ecology and environmental impact assessment for offshore renewable energy developments. She has experience delivering seabird and marine mammal assessments across the UK, Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, supporting projects from baseline characterisation through to impact assessment and consenting. Jessica has particular expertise in offshore wind, collision risk assessment, marine mammal impact assessment, and the application of innovative technologies including digital aerial surveys, AI-assisted analysis and satellite-based monitoring. She works closely with developers, regulators and multidisciplinary project teams to support evidence-based decision-making and responsible offshore development.
