De’vereux Harvey
De'vereux Harvey is a Mechanical Engineer working with the Technology Development team at the Australian Institute of Marine Science in Townsville. Her primary responsibilities include the design, development, testing, and certification of ReefScan camera systems. Recently, the team delivered the ReefScan system to various stakeholders both within Queensland and internationally to support reef monitoring activities. Currently, the system is being adapted for use with autonomous platforms. De'vereux has nearly a decade of experience in mechanical and systems engineering and is presently pursuing her PhD in Fluid Mechanics at Swinburne University of Technology.
